This Project consisted of new external lighting and security lighting around the property, This was requested by the owner who had recently moved in to give them added security and safety when in the garden at night.

Also installed were additional TV points, Switches, Lighting, sockets and changing some existing lights.

Outbuilding Upgrades

Customer wanted to upgrade this outbuilding into a more usable space ready for the summer. We provided new lighting both inside and outside and new power for heaters/bar/wall mounted TV and dartboard.

EICR and Fuse Board Upgrade

Here we did a condition report and upgrade of the fuse board. The property was going on the market and the electrical system was checked to ensure it was in a safe condition which is of huge interest to potential buyers.

New Build Farm House

In progress is an amazing new build farm house surrounded by countryside and we have had the pleasure of carry out the electrical installation. We have installed lighting of downlights/wall lights/switched lamp sockets and a feature chandelier in the entrance hall. Power requirements for sockets low level and high level for wall mounted tv’s/ External sockets/ supplies to the garage and kennel/ air source heat pumps and solar panels.
